Maintenance, retrofit and controls for stacker cranes and conveyor systems
Intralogix, based in Dinxperlo in the Netherlands, carries out retrofits on stacker cranes for customers in the Benelux, Germany, France, the United Kingdom and Asia. We also handle service and maintenance, new control systems and complete conveyor installations.
Is your installation no longer performing the way it used to? Are parts hard to source, or is your control system no longer supported by anyone? Do you want to expand, modernise — or simply find someone who takes maintenance seriously?
That is exactly what we do.
About Intralogix
We come from crane building. Our people worked for a stacker crane manufacturer, so they know these installations from the shop floor rather than from a manual: how they are put together, what wears out, and what goes wrong when a system approaches the end of its technical life. The working relationship that started there, between colleagues, is the one we continue in our own company.
Our engineers have experience with Lalesse, Dematic, MIAS, Swisslog, Dambach, LTW and TGW. Photographs of completed projects are in the gallery.
What we do

Service and maintenance
Preventive maintenance and breakdown response, independent of the original manufacturer and following our own checklist. We record the measured values, so you can see wear coming instead of being surprised by it. Under a maintenance contract or on call. Contract customers take priority when a machine goes down.

Retrofit / Modernisation
The proven steel structure stays where it is; we replace the control system, drives, safety technology and wear parts. In stages if you prefer: one crane first, the rest when it suits you. On your site or in our own workshop.

Control systems
We develop, program and commission control systems. With our own software frameworks for cranes and conveyors, built on Siemens Simatic S7-1500F. We connect to the warehouse control system you already use — or supply our own control layer.

New systems
We supply new conveyor systems and extend existing installations. The mechanical side of roller conveyors and transfer cars comes from our German partner TLS; engineering, controls, installation and commissioning are ours. The same applies to new stacker cranes: MIAS supplied three cranes, we supplied the controls.
A satisfied customer
Our formula is a simple one:
A system that works properly + a system that is easy to operate = a satisfied customer
