About Intralogix

Intralogix is an independent technical service company based in Dinxperlo in the Netherlands, specialising in maintenance, retrofits and control systems for stacker cranes, roller conveyors and conveyor systems. We work independently of the original manufacturer, for customers in the Benelux, Germany, France, the United Kingdom and Asia.

We come from crane building. Our people worked for a stacker crane manufacturer, so they know these installations from the shop floor rather than from a manual: how they are put together, what wears out, and what goes wrong when a system approaches the end of its technical life. The working relationship that started there, between colleagues, is the one we continue in our own company.

That is also why we can work independently of the manufacturer. Our engineers have experience with Lalesse, Dematic, MIAS, Swisslog, Dambach, LTW and TGW.

What we stand for

Replacement is rarely the first question to ask. The steel structure of a stacker crane lasts for decades; the electronics do not. So we look first at what is still sound and what has to be replaced — and we say so when maintenance is no longer the cheapest route.

What we supply, we have to be able to support in ten years’ time. That is why we build on one proven platform instead of whatever is quickest at the time, and why we record what we found on every maintenance visit. Over time you build up a file on your installation.

And it does not have to happen all at once. Where we can, we work step by step: one crane first, the rest when it suits you. That spreads the investment and gives you the chance to see whether it works before you go further.

Has your warehouse become less efficient over the past few years?

Tell us which installation you have and what you are running into. One of our engineers will take a look and say honestly what is possible — including when that is “you need not do anything about this for now”.
