A selection of Intralogix projects: stacker crane retrofits, new control systems, roller conveyor and shuttle systems — from construction in our own workshop through to commissioning on the customer’s site.
Most of what you see here is existing equipment. The steel structure of a stacker crane lasts for decades; what we replace is everything that determines performance: the control system, the drives, the safety technology and the wear parts. A crane that looks new in these photographs has in many cases been standing there for twenty years.
What you will see:
- In our workshop in Dinxperlo — crane beams, masts and structural parts during a full rebuild. If an installation can be spared, we collect it and rebuild it at our premises; that is faster and more controlled than working around production.
- Assembly inside the racking — erecting the crane mast and top beam in a high-bay warehouse, usually within a fixed window in which the aisle is out of service.
- Control cabinets and control systems — Siemens Simatic S7-1500F, SEW drive controllers and the cabling that goes with them.
- Roller conveyor and transport systems — infeed and outfeed around the cranes, including the control system that keeps everything in step.
- Maintenance on site — our engineers at work in a running warehouse.
