What data we process
Contact form
When you complete the contact form on our website, we process:
- your name
- your email address
- the subject of your message
- the content of your message
These details reach us as an email at info@intralogix.nl. We use them solely to answer your question and, where there is reason to, to stay in touch with you about a quotation or an order.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (answering your question) and, where a quotation or order is involved, the performance of a contract.
Videos from YouTube
Some pages on our website show videos from our YouTube channel. A video is only loaded when you click play; until then, no data is sent to YouTube. If you do click play, the video is loaded through youtube-nocookie.com and YouTube (part of Google) processes data including your IP address.
Google’s privacy policy and terms of use apply to this processing.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (showing footage of our work). The video is only loaded if you choose to play it.
Visitor statistics
We keep track of how many visitors our website has and which pages are viewed. This is done with software running on our own server. This software does not set cookies. IP addresses are shortened and converted into a code that cannot be traced back; the full IP address is not stored. This data is not shared with third parties and is not used to identify individual visitors.
Our website is also linked to Google Search Console. That shows us which search terms our site appears for in Google. This data is aggregated and cannot be traced back to individuals.

Our website is protected by software that records visitors’ IP addresses in order to recognise and block attacks and misuse.

Cookies
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit our website. We use:
- Functional cookies: necessary for the website to work, for example to remember your cookie choice. No consent is required for these.
- YouTube cookies: only when you play a video.
We do not use statistics cookies; our visitor statistics work without cookies.
Because we only use functional cookies, no consent is required for them. On your first visit we inform you about this through the cookie notice. You can delete cookies through your browser settings.
The fonts on our website are loaded from our own server. No data is therefore sent to Google Fonts.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes. We do engage parties that support us in delivering our services. Where the law requires it, we have concluded a data processing agreement with these parties.

Promesys IT in turn engages parties for the technical infrastructure on which our website runs.
Google is established outside the European Economic Area. The European Commission’s standard contractual clauses apply to the transfer of data to Google.
How long we keep your data
We do not keep your data longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
- Messages through the contact form: up to two years after the last contact, unless an order results from it.
- Data relating to a quotation or order: for as long as the statutory retention periods require. For administrative records that is seven years.
- Visitor statistics and security logs: up to twelve months.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- request access to the data we process about you;
- have that data corrected if it is inaccurate;
- have your data erased;
- have the processing restricted;
- object to the processing;
- receive your data in a commonly used file format (data portability);
- withdraw consent you have given.
If you wish to exercise these rights, please send an email to info@intralogix.nl. We respond within four weeks. To be sure that the request comes from you, we may ask you for additional information.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), the supervisory authority for privacy in the Netherlands, through autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
How we protect your data
We take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access and unwanted disclosure. Our website uses a secure connection (HTTPS), access to our management system is restricted, and we keep our software up to date.

We may amend this privacy statement, for example when our website or the legislation changes. The current version is always on this page. The date it was last updated is shown at the top.
