We are based in Dinxperlo in the east of the Netherlands, right on the German border. For maintenance we work mainly in the Benelux and Germany; for retrofits and control systems we travel further where needed, as far as Asia.
What we need to know
Three details help us say something useful at the first contact:
- which make and which year of construction;
- how many cranes, and whether they are identical;
- what you are running into — breakdowns, parts, throughput or diagnostics.
Do not know that off the top of your head? No problem. A photograph of the type plate and of the control cabinet usually tells us enough.
