The brands we know
Intralogix works independently of the original manufacturer. We carry out maintenance, retrofits and new control systems on stacker cranes, shuttle systems and roller conveyor systems from a wide range of manufacturers.
We can do that because our engineers come from crane building. They know these machines not from a manual but from the shop floor: how they are put together, what wears out, and what goes wrong when an installation approaches the end of its technical life.
What ageing installations have in common
Whatever the make, an installation of fifteen to thirty years old almost always comes down to the same thing:
- the steel structure is still in excellent condition;
- the control system is no longer supported;
- components are hard to source or no longer available, so one faulty part can mean days of downtime;
- diagnostics give you nothing useful when the installation stops;
- remote support is not possible, so every fault means an engineer on site.
That is exactly the point at which a retrofit costs less than carrying on repairing.
Brands we have worked on
Lalesse
Lalesse is the make we have the most experience with. Our engineers have worked on these systems and know them from the structure through to the control system — including installations where cranes change aisle, where the interplay between mechanics, electrics and controls is decisive.
Straight-running or changing aisle — we work on both types. What is possible and sensible in your case depends on the installation; we discuss that with you beforehand, not afterwards.
Dematic
We have genuinely worked on Dematic installations. Dematic systems are often found in large, heavily used warehouses, where the downtime a modernisation calls for weighs more heavily than the cost. We therefore plan such projects around your production — and in stages where needed, crane by crane.
MIAS
We commissioned three new MIAS cranes: MIAS supplied the cranes, we supplied the control system, programmed it and commissioned the installation.
That a manufacturer places the control side with us says more about our work than anything we could write about it ourselves.
Brands our engineers know
On the following makes we are straight about the situation: our engineers have worked with these systems and built up experience with them, but not within an Intralogix project.
That does not make it any less valuable. The knowledge sits in the people, not in the company name, and the technology in a stacker crane differs less between makes than between years of construction. But you should know what you are buying: on these makes you are relying on our engineers’ experience and not on a list of completed projects.

Your make not listed?
That need not be a problem. A stacker crane of any make consists of a steel structure, drives, a hoist, safety technology and a control system — and those are all parts we work on daily.

We work on machines from a range of manufacturers without being tied to any one make. That means we advise you on the basis of what works out best for you, and not on the basis of what needs to be sold.
Our engineers come from crane building. They know these installations from the structure through to the control system — which is why we reach the cause of a fault faster than the manual does.
